About My Blog Site

Hi my name is Jessmond Tenio.  I reside in Cebu City, Philippines and currently employed as branch manager, supervising the daily operations of Aspac Rural Bank, Inc. - Lapu-Lapu Branch. My wife Elena, is currently connected  with Toyota Cebu Inc. Mandaue-South Branch and she supervises the sales operations of Cebu-Visayas branches.  We are blessed with two grown up teen-aged  boy and girl and they are still studying in college and high school.  I enjoyed so much and have an exciting moment when I spend time with my family (wife, kids, parents, cousins, in-laws) like going to church, dining/lunch outs, a vacation, going to malls, and simply just by being with them. My job bores me, but I still have to continue working to earn enough and sufficient money to supplement and help my wife with our daily needs and consumption.

  My Blog Site

The reason I created and developed this blog site is to let my readers know about the blogs of the online opportunities that I am involved with and that currently I am earning a profitable monthly recurring income with them.  I named this blog "Viral Profits and Leverage Solutions".  I already have a similar site to this blog that I hosted with All In One Profits or AIOP using the philosophy of Team Honest and I name that site www.viproles.com.  This blogger.com site will also serve as a back-up site, just in case, my other site that is hosted with AIOP will be under maintenance. Sometimes the site that is hosted by the company you became an active associate will experience offline and that is the reason, you will need a back-up site.

Viral Profit

When your profit begins to grow from your efforts and the efforts of other active members in your business organization that spreads and influence other members of your active members, your profit becomes viral. And when this happen, your marketing efforts will be easier and your expenses to promote your site will decrease significantly and your net income will grow.

Leverage Solutions

Many have became successful and powerful because of an effective team that is organized based on honesty, fairness, and justice among all the active members that comprises the team.  An effective team based on such qualities, is one of the solutions of leverage. Another solution is when all the members in your team including you, follow and practice the principles of success.
